Kamleshan is a seasoned lawyer, originally from South Africa and he has practiced in various firms before establishing his own firm in South Africa and now in Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Laws of from the University of South Africa. In order to be recognised and practice as a solicitor in Australia, Kamleshan furthered his studies through the University of New England in Armidale and College of Law.

In 2023, Kamleshan migrated with his wife and cat, Jasper, to Australia. Their visa process prior to leaving South Africa involved careful planning and consideration. Kamleshan has a keen understanding of the implications regarding immigration and aims to make the move for other immigrants all the more effortless.

Kamleshan enjoys the beaches along the Northern Rivers and would often be found at Lake Ainsworth with his paddle board. He also enjoys reading, theatre and films.
